Use of the Website constitutes agreement to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy detailed below, which must be read carefully before use.

The Terms of Use are phrased in the masculine form for convenience only, but are intended for both genders equally.

The Website is intended to provide various types of content, including research, promotional, and informational content.

All rights in the Website belong to HaBitachonistim, including, but not limited to, the rights pertaining to the Website's name, the "HaBitachonistim" trademark and its logo, the Website's design, the Website's images, the Website's content, graphic files, images, text, and any other material that has been prepared and/or acquired by HaBitachonistim and/or its representatives. The Website may contain additional content, including images, content, software, applications, computer code, etc., published and appearing on the Website pursuant to an agreement between HaBitachonistim and third parties, and the copyrights in this content may belong to those third parties. The foregoing regarding unauthorized use of Website content owned by HaBitachonistim also applies to this content.

It is clarified that the law does not obligate the user to provide the information, and the user may choose not to provide the information and not to receive the services related to providing the information. The user is entitled to review the information collected about them and held in the information database. A user who has reviewed the information and found it to be incorrect is entitled to contact the owner of the information database with a request to correct the information or completely delete the information about them. In any such case of contact, the owner of the information must contact info@idsf.org.il in writing and detail their request regarding all or part of the information.

Nothing in these Terms of Use shall derogate from any right accruing to HaBitachonistim under any law, or permit the performance of any act contrary to law.

The user undertakes to indemnify HaBitachonistim for any damage, loss, loss of profit, payment, or expense caused to them due to the user's breach of these Terms of Use.

HaBitachonistim does not provide technical support and is not responsible for the full display of the Website's content on users' computers and/or mobile devices.

HaBitachonistim may change the Website from time to time, including its design, appearance, content, the services provided therein, and any other aspect of it, without the need for prior notice. Furthermore, HaBitachonistim shall be entitled to change the Website's Terms of Use from time to time, without the need for prior notice, and the use of the Website at any given time is subject to the Terms of Use appearing on the Website at that time.
