ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT 

  1.  "DAVID INSTITUTE" ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT 

  2. We firmly believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone and are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the broadest possible audience, regardless of ability. 

  3. The accessibility adjustments efforts on our website were carried out in accordance with the Accessibility Directives in Israeli Standard 5568 “Guidelines for Accessing Content on the Internet”. This Israeli Standard is identical to the guidelines document of the Worldwide Web W3C Consortium, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 (except for the national variations and additions referred to in it) which was approved as an Israeli Standard incorporating national variations and additions. The accessibility compliance has been tested on leading browsers in their latest versions, and the website is adapted for viewing and supported by various browsers.

  4. An accessibility menu has been implemented on the site. Clicking on the menu allows for opening the accessibility buttons.

  17. Use of a large mouse cursor (white or black);

  18. Reading Mask and Horizontal Reading Guide to assist in text orientation;

  19. Read Mode for an improved reading experience of the content;

  20. Keyboard navigation mode;

  21. Highlight Hover and Highlight Focus;

  22. Stop Animation, Image Hide, Video Hide and Gif Hide;

  23. Option to hide all images on the site;

  24. Mute Sounds (Quick mute for all sounds emitted from the site);

  25. Text Speech and Talk and Type;

  26. Voice Navigation;

  27. Visual display of Image Alt Tooltip (Image descriptions);

  28. Full reset of all accessibility settings.

  29. CLARIFICATION

  30. It should be noted that, despite our efforts to make all the web pages on this website accessible, it is possible that it will be discovered that some parts of the website (certain pages, functions etc.) are not accessible. The accessing work is an ongoing lengthy and developing process, and we are hoping to improve the website’s accessibility for the benefit of all our customers, including those with disabilities.
